"We chose the Marriott based on it overall reputation and location as a family of 4 sharing a family room. Location was perfect and the majority of places we wanted to visit during were walkable which was ideal. We only had breakfast once and there was lots of choice for everyone, however we did think it was a little on the expensive side, so chose to eat out the rest of our break which did work out cheaper. "We've stayed here when it first opened and returned about 10 years later and whilst it is still a lovely place in a super area, there are some obvious signs of wear from the past decade. We have been on the Lower ground floor and the top floor and both beds were super comfortable. The room was a bit cool when we arrived (19degrees) so a touch on the fresher side but likely down to the very high ceiling in the attic. "The room is spacious for a family of four. We all have individual bed. The only thing I would recommended is to clean the ceiling fan that was all cover with dust. We found the location is very close to restaurants and train. Supermarket just next door super easy. "
