"We've stayed here when it first opened and returned about 10 years later and whilst it is still a lovely place in a super area, there are some obvious signs of wear from the past decade. We have been on the Lower ground floor and the top floor and both beds were super comfortable. The room was a bit cool when we arrived (19degrees) so a touch on the fresher side but likely down to the very high ceiling in the attic. "The staff was lovely, and they helped us a lot with every question. The hotel is small, the elevator is tiny and you can't get in 2 people and luggage. The room and bathroom are also relatively small and cramped. Nice location, about a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. We walked mostly on foot despite the cold."
