Find Hotel with a Concierge in Kitchener

"Front staff when we checked in were very good . When we were there they were renovating the locks so we had to have staff open and close the door for us , very inconvenient. The room was ok but the air heater / air conditioner was extremely dirty and smelled when activated "

"If you are looking to spend one night, it was good. Service was great!!!! Everyone was nice and polite. The tv only had one channel, and it was the news. Our window showed a roof top and into other windows..... The bed was extremely comfortable... like amazingly comfortable. But it looked like there was old nicotine stains and mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. The 14 foot ceilings were great, and made the room look like it had alot of space!!!! "
