"Had to stay in Haneda to connect for an early flight and stayed near the airport. Check in was great, our receptionist was very polite and courteous. Hotel was clean, rooms were a bit small for 2 people but very manageable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay! "

"Great little hotel, a little way outside the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Check-in was easy, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless as is usually the case in Japan. Our stay in Tokyo was blighted by rain, but this made coming back to the hotel and relaxing in the very nice onsen all the better! Overall, couldn't have wished for a better place to rest the weary bones."

"Hotel provided free size pajamas and kids pajamas, all the toiletries. Area around hotel is quiet and not much to do, but 10 minute walk away is the Shin Urayasu subway station and mall connected to it that can meet your basic needs. Supermarket there had good selections. "

"Staff is amazing and really helpful. From the front desk staff to our housekeeper, everyone were amazing. Bathroom could use one or two extra towel hooks. One big minus was laundry facility. Having two out of four washer out during our 6 days stay is unpleasantly surprising. Management should be more efficient since two washers for 14 floors hotel is really not enough."
