"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. "What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back. "

"We were on a girls trip with my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters to celebrate a 16th birthday. The location was great and the property wonderful. The owner provided excellent instructions and information.The only thing I'd be concerned about is if stairs are an issue for you. Otherwise the property was very comfortable, clean, the grounds were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay there."

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! "Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....
