"The hotel was in a great location. We had a little adjustment needed and Juan (the comptroller) happened to be on duty. He was excellent, acknowledged our problems and immediately addressed each one. He’s well versed in Hotel management and truly turned the vacation around for us with some simple solutions! The pool is fun, the staff at the front were helpful and even hugged us as we departed. Great stay!! Thank you Condado Ocean Club!"

The bed & pillows left a little to be desired & the loud exhaust from some of the cars at night was a little loud, but nothing to prevent us from staying here again!
