"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back. "

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! "This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"Our group loved our stay here! The check in process was very easy (accessing lockbox for keys, gate codes, etc) and all instructions communicated. "Our vacation coincided with a frigid weather snap at home and we felt so lucky. We enjoyed our time at the property. The host personally took us on a tour, answered all questions in a timely fashion and even facilitated a wonderful day at the gorgeous beach club. The community is safe and has a gated entrance. Golf carts are available for your use. The pool and hot tub at the property are beautiful and always available for your use. "

"House was a little dated, especially the kitchen which needs repair. The cloths dryer did not work well. Otherwise, the house was comfortable in a safe, gated, community which had a nice pool area with a small private beach. You can’t walk to anything outside the neighborhood. Downtown Dorado actually has some good happy hour spots. The real attractions like the rain forest and Old San Juan are 45 minute plus drives away. "
