"We had a great stay in March 2024. This condo is a great option for enjoying all the amazing amenities at the Dorado Ritz without the hefty price tag. The condo is large, clean, and accommodated our family of 8 well. The kitchen was well stocked- there was even a bottle of wine to greet us! The golf cart is essential for getting around the resort, which is just incredible. It was our first visit to the Caribbean, and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend getting the Dorado membership...

"This home was definitely comfortable for a large group. Had all the amenities that we needed. Each room was comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us in a timely manner. Great quiet location and close to the beach. There’s parking right in front of the house. I highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with a large group. Thank you again for your hospitality."

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"Spacious apartment, though with two sets of extremely steep stairs - a worry for me with two young children. Note there are two sets of bunk beds. Steps away from beach and pool; TVs feature all the usual steaming services. Has everything you need, no extras - though in this case not needed as we were staying in the area to visit family."

"Our hosts were very communicative when we didn’t understand something about the house and we believe we got a great deal for this beautiful compound. The view was gorgeous, the amenities were many (tennis/pickle bar court, outdoor living area). We had an amazing time at our home away from home and would definitely stay here again! "Our stay was absolutely fantastic. It was a very large house with plenty of room - the patio area was wonderful-plenty of breeze and the water fountains close by created a peaceful ambiance . The beach area was so close by and so private . We even walked out to the point to look at the waves crashing . The Tori verde zip line was about an hour away -and it to was awesome . We will most definitely return to the property, whether in this unit or others … thank you so much to the property manager...

"This property is wonderful!. Super clean, very comfortable beds, a/c, nice furnishings and kitchen. Incredible beach with swimming protected by rock jetties just steps away. Restaurants for a night out nearby. Supermarket and all necessities around corner. 35 minutes from San Juan. We had one issue with the gate not opening but the host solved it within 5 minutes. The only small downsides are weak water pressure and barking dog next door. Note that the one full bath is a jack-and-jill between...

"This place is all about location-location-location. Is near everything in Dorado, it has a lot of security, and is walking distance from the Dorado beach. The host is very friendly and nice. Our family of 4 was able to stay comfortably, and me and my husband were able to work with their fast internet."

"We came this weekend for our friend’s bachelor party and this accommodated 10 of us perfectly. It’s a huge home with plenty of space, a good size pool, with a big backyard overlooking the city. Highly recommend this space as a nice getaway. Also, Ubers had no problem picking us up at night when we went out."

"The host Yajia was very nice and communicative. The Dorado Beach resort property is a beautiful resort with numerous restaurants, activities and beaches/pools to enjoy. Yajia’s guest house is well appointed with all the amenities. A great spot to enjoy stay and still enjoy the resort."

"Overall, we felt that this house was a great choice for us. We really liked the property and its location. Easy access to the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Having use of the golf cart was key. There was plenty of room, a nice layout of the house, and lots of usable space. The kitchen was nice sized and overall it was very comfortable. It was a little "dated." There were MANY issues, mostly related to malfunctioning appliances and toilets. More frustrating was a lack of responsiveness...

"Great location. Gated community with a fenced in backyard and additional common areas for roaming. Easy walk to pol and beach ⛱️. Easy ride from airport and close to town. Host communicated promptly and answered all our questions. Traveling with a 16 month old can be difficult, property is great for family."
