"Nice apartment and everything as advertised and what we expected. The gate control is in the apartment and you have to get it first before being able to drive in. The key to the pedestrian gate is in the lock box at gate #8 where you drive in. It really should be at gate #14 which is the closest to the apartment in others to get the Gate control for the car."

"We really enjoyed the house. The owner communicated well and responded quickly. The house has great AC in the bedrooms and common area, as well as fans both indoors and in the outdoor patio/kitchen bbq area. Lots of spaces to relax, the pool is sizeable and we got more use out of the slide than I thought we would. "TL;DR: We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. In this age of digital retouching gone mad, I can assure you that the pictures are faithful and actually don’t do justice to the tastefully simple, elegant sophistication of the property. It’s a spacious upstairs floor of a villa. Parking and communal pool are right there, very easily accessible. Everything is professionally cleaned and ready for you when you get there. The host was even there when we arrived and even helped us with our luggage...

"The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove. The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty. Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really....

"We were very happy with our villa! It had lots of space for seven people, we were never tripping over each other. The grounds were beautiful and manicured. The villa was very clean, but if I had one small critique, it would be to add some fresh caulking to the kitchen and the master bath. it was clean, the caulking made it look like it was not clean. Fresh caulking would just give it that extra shine We had an awesome time there and would definitely stay again!"

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "This property is wonderful!. Super clean, very comfortable beds, a/c, nice furnishings and kitchen. Incredible beach with swimming protected by rock jetties just steps away. Restaurants for a night out nearby. Supermarket and all necessities around corner. 35 minutes from San Juan. We had one issue with the gate not opening but the host solved it within 5 minutes. "Overall, we felt that this house was a great choice for us. We really liked the property and its location. Easy access to the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Having use of the golf cart was key. There was plenty of room, a nice layout of the house, and lots of usable space. The kitchen was nice sized and overall it was very comfortable. It was a little "dated." There were MANY issues, mostly related to malfunctioning appliances and toilets. More frustrating was a lack of responsiveness...

"Our family stayed at this unit for a week. It’s in a secure gated area with many speed bumps to combat speeding. There’s a small beach right across the street. The unit is 3 levels with a small patio near the lower level we enjoyed the large gated pool"

"Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"Ricardo and his family were very welcoming. They made sure to text me and communicate with me on the instructions and expectations upon arrival. The grounds are just wonderful and the view of San Juan at night is impeccable. We are from Florida and this was our first time in Puerto Rico, and the family completely met our visions of how this vacation would go. They were so helpful with cultural tips and the surrounding area as far as amenities. The pool and breakfast are a mega plus. Thank you guys! :) "
