"Overall, we felt that this house was a great choice for us. We really liked the property and its location. Easy access to the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Having use of the golf cart was key. There was plenty of room, a nice layout of the house, and lots of usable space. The kitchen was nice sized and overall it was very comfortable. It was a little "dated." There were MANY issues, mostly related to malfunctioning appliances and toilets. More frustrating was a lack of responsiveness...

"TL;DR: We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. In this age of digital retouching gone mad, I can assure you that the pictures are faithful and actually don’t do justice to the tastefully simple, elegant sophistication of the property. It’s a spacious upstairs floor of a villa. Parking and communal pool are right there, very easily accessible. Everything is professionally cleaned and ready for you when you get there. The host was even there when we arrived and even helped us with our luggage...

"The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove. The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty. Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really....

"Villa Fontana is the perfect vacation rental to enjoy in Dorado. The property was really well maintained, cleaned, and equipped with anything you would need. We will definitely stay at Villa Fontana again. The checking process is super simple and well documented… also, the staff is really friendly and will guide you throughout the process if you were to need any help. "

"We were very happy with our villa! It had lots of space for seven people, we were never tripping over each other. The grounds were beautiful and manicured. The villa was very clean, but if I had one small critique, it would be to add some fresh caulking to the kitchen and the master bath. it was clean, the caulking made it look like it was not clean. Fresh caulking would just give it that extra shine We had an awesome time there and would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed the house. The owner communicated well and responded quickly. The house has great AC in the bedrooms and common area, as well as fans both indoors and in the outdoor patio/kitchen bbq area. Lots of spaces to relax, the pool is sizeable and we got more use out of the slide than I thought we would. "We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "My family met in Dorado for a reunion. The condo is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. We couldn't ask for anything more. The grounds are extremely well maintained and close to the town and the Ritz (where the rest of our family was staying). There is a paved walkway to the beach. "Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return. "

"A great place to truly unwind, be humbled and appreciate nature .this is truly a place for healing the mind and body as well as get to mingle with a few of the locals . People in surrounding areas were fun and welcoming the weekend yoga sessions were very fun and relaxing. The retreat is plant based so if you’re not familiar with vegan food I suggest giving it a try . If it doesn’t fancy you a 15-20 min drive into town you will find all you need . The staff was very helpful and informative and took very good care of us . I can’t wait to return next year . Thank you again !! "
