"A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "

"Lovely hotel. Very central and easy to get around as there are busses and metro nearby as well as the hop on hop off bus. I had a comfort room, which was spotless and very spacious although the view was the back of the building! The shower was amazing. "The hotel is bang in the middle of the city centre and is a stone’s throw away from the Kossuth Lajos tube station. The room was clean. The corridors were a bit dates, scuff marks on the wall etc. they could do with a bit of up-keep. The breakfast was average with hot food and cold cuts options and pastries. The unlimited coffee and water was a nice touch. With some improvement it deserves the 4* hotel title but I think this hotel overall needs a bit of improvement. "

"The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest."

"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. We then got an Uber for 11820 HUF. Arriving at the hotel the staff gave us a warm welcome and complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The room was really nice and bathroom clean. "The sliding door of the shower kept sliding back, couldn't have a proper shower. Asked staff to fix it on the second day, didn't fix it. Only staying for 2 nights so I just put up with it without asking the staff for help again. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was safe. Scenic spots in Budapest are basically all packed in the city centre and therefore transport from the hotel was convenient. Staff offered luggage storage after check out for travellers who have flights later in the day....

"The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "
