"Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. "This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect."

"Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. "The property owner was very nice and made it a very easy check-in process with email communications. Very close to Disneyland all within walking distance, which made it wonderful. The house was stocked with things that we needed. The townhouses were a little ran down, but this property. had some updates inside which made it welcoming. Overall nice stay."
