This Ayers property is as expected: friendly staff, exceptionally clean, well maintained, great breakfast, and a really good deal at the $120 I paid for a night's stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is better than some I have spent twice as much on in Orange."

"Our stay here was great. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. 10 - 12 minute walk to Disney. Restaurants 1 - 10 minute walk with many options. Great tiny waterpark for young kids. Was disappointed the bigger pool was closed for our stay without warning. Bathroom door would not close properly and hair dryer sounded like it was going to explode but this did not affect our stay. Ice machine in building didn't work but a short walk to another building was fine."
