"I was originally upset when I first booked the room because I accidentally booked a smoking room. I was pleasantly surprised when I went into the room and it didn't smell like smoke. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice."

The area seemed really vibrant and there is a music venue close to the hotel, although I didn’t stay to see any performances. "Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."
