They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "Ideal for quite days in Florence. Staff very quite and welcoming. Breakfast Atmosphere is so silent no music addition throughout my 4 days stay. Power socked was not working and reported to reception but nothing was done. Had to charge appliances in the bathroom. Rooms doors are hollow so you can loudly hear other guests movement. The place has a great potential that could offer better. "
