The room was small, but everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Personell was very friendly. Walking distance from the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Harry Potter stores.

The mattress and bed were horrible. Staff said it was no use to change rooms because they were all the same. Untrained and unprofessional staff with no knowledge of what hospitality entails. Tried to charge me for a breakfast I never had. Said they would email my invoice and I'm still waiting...... Very poor experience overall. itsno use to change rooms b
