"The staff were really helpful on the day after we arrived. The reception gave us a map and talked us through all the attractions. They gave us tips and were always quick to react when we asked for anything. The breakfast was a great start to she day. There was sufficient choice for breakfast and you certainly would not stay hungry but it would be lovely if there was a protein choice for those who do not eat meat or eggs. Sonething like beans, tofu or another protein. I would definitely stay here again for the location etc. Thanks to all the staff for making sure our stay comfortable. The place is a bit dated but not a problem for us. "

"Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, and met by Ozzie on reception with a welcome drink. He explained about breakfast, offered trips and we were then shown to our amazing room. Great view from balcony, spotlessly clean and fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So much food and lots of choice - we certainly didn’t need lunch after the huge breakfast. Fantastic rooftop terrace and restaurant with excellent views all around. Staff all very friendly and attentive and couldn’t fault anything. "

"Great choice for your stay in Old Town Istanbul. Very accessible to Tram as well as all the touristic sights. The available breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices. The on-site bar is a good after a long day of site seeing. The staff is beyond helpful. It is easy to feel like part of the family very quickly."

"We wanted to stay in the old city/Sultahnamet, but the issue we came across was that most hotels there are boutique and small. The bigger ones were on the other side across the bridge, but we wanted to be near the main historical sites. Four Seasons Sultahnamet delivered in ways we could not have imagined. They gave us early check in at 9 am, upgraded our room so we'd have more space with a baby, put a crib, basket of baby goods, bath towels, and rubber ducks for our baby without asking. Everyone acknowledged you whenever they saw you. The rooms were exceptionally clean and there's room service twice a day. They even notice little things you may need i.e. makeup brush holder. The beds are so comfortable that we got some of the best sleep ever. The staff is SO friendly. I could go on and on about this place! Plus, it was a 3 minute walk to the square where Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are, so the location was perfect!"
