"Azim was the best in guest relations. He was concerned about our experience. We stayed for 2 nights and decided to stay for another night and they gave us an upgraded room with a view. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the two men that treated us exceptionally well when we first arrived and when we were leaving, even laughing with us and making sure all of our needs were met. The coloured girl from downstairs where the restaurant was, helped us so much with shopping suggestions, all while showing her beautiful smile. "The hotel is a great location literally 5 mins from the blue mosque, hagia Sophia and topkapi palace. Staff very friendly and helpful. The heated pool is great. Rooftop restaurant serves great breakfast and views are fantastic. Dinners at rooftop restaurant is a bit hit and miss first day was great but last day food was cold. Restaurants around the hotel are very expensive and not all have good food. Small market bazaar nearby as well. Hotel offers shuttle service from airport."
