Our room faced the street and the street noise was high. Issues with accessing the internet and dealing with the room temperture setting (too hot) was difficult as the staff showed little interest in cooperating nor spoke or made any effort to speak english. Location was good, but the area is strictly turist oriented and prices for everything, including food are disproportionately high for the quality and service. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were well looked after in our week long stay in this hotel. It is convenient for all the main attractions nearby, and the staff and management were very courteous and helpful. They went well above the call of duty at times, and did their absolute best to help us in whatever way they could. We were sorry to say goodbye, but we made some good friends during our stay. We stayed in a king suite room - nice comfortable bed, bath and shower - good pressure. Hotel is a relatively new building. Didn't use the restaurant but had a look and it has a nice view but no outside terrace. Plenty of eating options all nearby. The location is perfect for a few days sightseeing but would look elsewhere if staying in Istanbul longer - we liked the vibe in Kadikoy.

In a great location, staff at the hotel are very nice, and spa facilities are quite nice considering they are free to use - unlike many of the other hotels in this area. The deluxe rooms should be labeled as for solo travelers only as they are very small, and although there is a rooftop it is for dining only, so there is no lounge or hangout space with a view at the hotel. However considering the location, did not spend much time at the hotel as there is much to do and see in this area.
