"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"Most rooms are very small, staff was kind enough to upgrade us after I was ready to go to a different hotel, size is not well described in the booking process. Have in mind that due to the location all hotels are very small in size, location is walkable to all of old downtown. That was very nice. Breakfast was really good and staf was nice."

"This is a solid 3 star hotel. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The walls are thin, can hear traffic and other guests. There is only shampoo in the shower, no soap or conditioner. Free large bottle of water. If you are expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel, this isn't for you. We were very happy for a 3 star hotel that was clean and a 3-15 minute walk to a lot of sites. The staff was very friendly."
