"Great location. Room a bit cramped but good value and perfectly adequate. Breakfast very disappointing - virtually the same plate every morning but with one extra not very appetising or healthy option - cold pasta, cold chips, cold deep fried pastry, cold potato salad. Not the delightful buffet of delicious breads and jams and cheeses etc that I have loved in Turkey in the past. A shame. Bring back the buffet!"

"Emek Hotel allowed us to check in at 9:00 am which is amazing. My kids were awake every morning by 3:30 so we naturally had breakfast by 4:30 am and headed to the mosque for prayer. "I usually do not give negative reviews, but I have made this an exception. There is no hotel called Buhara. The address given in the booking will take you near a shop called Buhara. Once you talk to the shop owner he will call someone who will take you to a decrepit building with no escalator. Once you carry your luggage to second or thid level through the stairs, you will be greeted by a room which is no way related to the published photos. It's a scam!"

"It’s a basic hotel, but it is a COMPLETE hotel less than 5mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Beyazit area and T1 tram line which connects to alot of attractions. Lotsa of delicious eateries nearby. Ayasofya is just 2 stops away. I was a solo traveler but the hotel is very safe with a night guard and reception always on duty. And the heater keeps you warm on cold nights, the shower is nice and hot. And the breakfast is home-made by a kind lady in the kitchen. And house-keeping always keeps your room...
