"I was disappointed in the breakfast room. There was a shortage of milk, and the orange juice dispenser was out of service. It's surprising that this establishment that offered breakfast did plan ahead to have all items available that constitutes a breakfast item. Also, there was a limited choice for breakfast. To add to it, while the staff made personal phone calls, they didn't think to ensure that the supplies were stacked for the guests. I was disappointed in the overall experience. "

"Wonderful place if you are passing through Windsor. The rooms are clean, a bit dated and worn but nice enough and the staff are very friendly. Great deal if you are passing through and it is our go to place when travelling to the US."

"Staff was excellent. The TV didn’t work I our room and we had to fix the toilet but they gave us a discount ion check out. Area not the best but the room was clean. I’m not sure I would stay for more than a couple of nights due to the area. "

"Everything was excellent except it was too warm for us in the room. We could not get the heat to go below 71 no matter what we set the thermostat at. Asked at desk about it. They sent tech up while we were out. He set it on cool. We didn't realize it till late that night . Put it back to heat and it still wouldn't stay down to where we set it.
