"Scotty in the restaurant was very welcoming and made our arrival (at 9am, after disembarking our cruise ship) go smoothly. The lady at the front desk happily checked our bags till the room was ready. We stayed there the night before the cruise started (11th-12th) and were very happy to stay the night after as well (26th-27th)."

Was within walking distance of our engagement and central Newcastle easy to see ( our first time) A bit noisy in streets outside as this is central Newcastle with pubs and clubs, parties, stags , Hens etc but would be very handy for anyone with social events in central Newcastle. Had lovey meal in Hudson restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend if someone want it central location across Rod from train station, metro , bus etc."

"Been to this hotel a few times now and always enjoyed my stays. Quiet, well maintained and good breakfasts; not to mention the Spa facilities in the basement. Nice pool, steam-room and jacuzzi. Breakfasts can be manic early on, so unless its essential, a later sitting proves good. Rooms are large and bathrooms are large and modern too. Recommend"

"Hotel Saint is a super hotel in a excellent location, staff are very polite and it easy to see they know excatly how to operate a hotel, the only small criticism was no room service although i understand this will be available from July 1st, I have no hesitation to recommend the Hotel Saint and will definitely be making future reservations when staying in the capital "
