"All linens were not clean. Hair on many sheets and pillow cases. One bed had no fitted sheet. Some beds were not made up properly, messy. After calling they came the next morning and changed all linens. Air conditioner did not work properly on main level. After calling they came the next day and put in two units on that level. I had to wipe out refrigerator and wipe off counter tops. The pantry was messy. The kitchen needed clean pots and pans and some cooking utensils. The railing on the...
