PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

No pets of any kind

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*

Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

*Please note this condo is on the 2nd floor, you have to walk stairs to access the unit (there is no elevator)*

For this home we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)
