One loft bedroom condo across the street from the beach with 1 queen ,1 single and sofa bed. 2 flat screen TV's. SEE 7 NIGHT IN SEASON MINIMUM BELOW. NO LINENS PROVIDED. 5 PERSON MAXIMUM.
Three swimming pools, tennis courts and dock with fishing and kayak access. Private deck with picnic table. Located on the less crowded west end approximately 1 mile from pier and town center. Great location for biking, walking and running. Wide beach. Perfect for couples and families. Short drive to many restaurants and premier golf courses. RELAXATION at its best! SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM to Saturday at 10 AM from JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 31. From September 4 to May 31 there is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with check in at 3:00 and checkout by 10:00.

YOU MUST PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS.

Beach Getaway
We were not disappointed at all! The location was ideal, right across the street from the beach. It has a private walkway to the beach which made us feel really safe and it was extremely convenient. Our host was ready to assist us in any way necessary. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. In fact, when I’m in the area again,I will take the opportunity to stay at our Beach Getaway again!

My husband and I love staying here. It feels like home to us. Always have great communication with Wayne the property owner. Easy to find and just one row back but still able to see the beach. This condo was perfect for my 13 year old daughter and myself. It was right across the street from the beach so we could walk there 2 or 3 times a day. The owner was very good with communication and answered my questions very quickly. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy! We will probably book this condo for our beach trip next year.
