"This place was perfect for my husband and I, we are in our mid 60s and enjoyed the stay, sitting on the deck , watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or the sunset with a hot cocoa + something.....we used the second bedroom for our clothes, because the rooms are a little small, but we do that most of the time anyway....so no big deal for us....i just think it could be cleaner, it needs a long deep clean, like light switches, light hardware, inside the oven and id recommend to get some new...

"We enjoyed our stay, and the house was great! The door lock on the first day was our biggest challenge. It didn’t want to unlock, but we figured out what it wanted. It wants to be pulled toward you once the code is entered. After that it was smooth sailing. We had to contact the host but the reply and correction was done quickly. The area, people and places, were great. Two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive and some very good seafood restaurants. The bbq grill was great, we used it...

"Great location right near the pier and on the beach! Communication with the owner was prompt and kind. Checking in / out through a local rental agency was do-able. Remember, its a beach rental, linens were dropped in a bag via a cleaning service but everything worked out well. Comfortable enough place, certainly great value for the cost, we'd go back!Bring toilet paper, there was ZERO TP when we arrived "

"The cottage is cozy and has great beach access! We had a small problem with one shower and the property owner was very prompt to get it fixed. We had several pack n plays for babies and were able to fit them in the bedrooms too! There were no stairs inside the cottage so nice for traveling with Littles. We were farther on the west end of the blvd, which put us farther from the main places in town, but still just a short drive. We would definitely stay again! "
