- You want to be walking distance to the beach
- You want a place to yourself but don't need a mansion and want to avoid a condo with shared spaces
- You want separate TV areas if the kids and adults want space after a long day

For the best possible experience, please read the full description as it contains important notes to understand before booking. We want to make sure that our home is right for you!

Our home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with bunk beds. There is a large sectional couch in the main living area that is there for ultimate rest and relaxation after a long day at the beach.

The kitchen is equipped the essentials as well as more. As long as you aren't cooking very complicated dishes there should be everything you need. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. are all there for your dining needs. There is a 4 person dining table for family dinners or hanging around and playing games!

The bathroom is fully equipped with what you would need. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full size bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and a bath mat. Please bring you own beach towels.

There is a full size washer and dryer along with detergent for your use at the property.

The entire home is just for you! There is plenty of room for 2 cars in the driveway which is private to just you. You have an easy walk to the beach from the property.

Home was very nice, clean, and cozy. Owners were very responsive! Had no issues or complaints with property! Had more than enough space for my family and dogs, plus it was only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Mother's Day Getaway
Fantastic little beach cottage that provided access to all that Oak Island has to offer. Perfect for our family of four and one small dog. Everything was clean, functional and as listed. Would absolutely book again for a short weekend.

Nice rental in a convenient location. You can walk to beach, restaurants, food stores & shops. Easy on and off the island. We were in the area for an event at St. James Plantation and this worked out much better than a hotel room. Owner made the entire stay very easy and communication was prompt with easy check in / out.

Wonderful place to stay on Oak Island. Turned out to be just a bit further from the beach than anticipated, but definitely did not detract from our experience. Next time we'll be better prepared with a wagon, bikes, or beach cart. Overall, it was excellent!!

This was a lovely spot in a quiet neighborhood. Well positioned within a mile of the beach and the intercoastal waterway, near restaurants, shops, and lots to do. We really enjoyed it and so did our dogs. Thanks!

Perfect Vacation Spot for Me
It was a great five nights staying at this cute little bungalow. It was well-equipped, cozy, warm, clean, and inviting. The location was close to Food Lion and Publix which was perfect. When I had to get in touch with the owner about a couple of minor things, he got back to me immediately; I felt safe there and hope to stay there again this summer. The walk to te beach was a bit longer than I expected but still not too bad. I hghly recommed this charming place.

Had a great stay overall. Close to the beach and very nice and clean house. My wife and two kids stayed here for the weekend and had no issues. The house was a little small for what we normally get but we mainly came for the beach so that didn't affect us at all. The house had everything we needed and the location to the beach was great.
