"My husband and I only live about an hour from this hotel, but we visit it because the staff are just outstanding and the location is incredibly convenient to just about everything. Chicago Theater, Joffrey Ballet, Millennium Park, Jewelers' Row and world class dining are all within very easy walking distance. The hotel is older and it could stand to be a little updated, but it's clean and did I mention the outstanding staff? Everyone we've ever met has been has been very kind and very helpful and we've noticed people tend to stay working there, visit after visit. Parking is an additional fee, but you have 24/7 in and out privileges for the duration of your stay in downtown Chicago. The place really is just a great value overall, especially when considering you're in the heart of a major world city."
