"The staff was amazing. Always there to greet you even if they were busy with another customer. They had everything you would need for a fun beach trip which was so convenient. The only thing was the AC in our room was making a grinding noise all day/night. I didn't bring it to their attention so not sure if it could've been fixed but that was the only issue. Breakfast was nice and simple. Easy walk to lots of dining, shopping stores, and the beach. Everything is literally right there. Will stay...

"Beautiful hotel, amazing and welcoming staff, nice ocean view, right on the park close to the beach. Nothing to complain about for me other then under the soap holder in the shower there was a little bit of mold, which is almost inevitable with how humid it is. i would just recommend the staff look a little bit harder under things rather then just surface area. also in the pictures it showed a full fridge and freezer, there was only a mini fridge, not a big deal. Amazing for the price you pay...

"This resort was a sleeper for me, booked it because of location and the pictures and I was pleasantly surprised in a really good way, everything was great minus 2 things but not bad enough to change my 5/5 rating. The bathrooms are really small, like really small and the main restaurant is useless. The restaurant only serves a 7 course meal for everyone?? Always empty. All in all a great resort on Waikīkī Beach."

"Great location at the edge of the Waikiki hotel strip. There was an ABC market conveniently located right at the corner. This hotel was connected to neighboring hotels which made it easy to walk around, something akin to Vegas. From the pool, the Hilton Lagoon and actual beach are only a 5min walk.
