"When we arrived at the property after 14 hours of traveling, we found everything to be unacceptable. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was no hangers in the closet, and years of toxic cleaning products (77) were left on the bathroom floor and cabinet next to the mini fridge. The unit was advertised as having a kitchenette. There is no sink or counter space. How can one cook or clean dishes with this condition. We had to eat all our meals out. "Great location at the edge of the Waikiki hotel strip. There was an ABC market conveniently located right at the corner. This hotel was connected to neighboring hotels which made it easy to walk around, something akin to Vegas. From the pool, the Hilton Lagoon and actual beach are only a 5min walk. Also, the large outdoor mall was only a 15 min walk right over the bridge. Staff was excellent in customer service and providing amenities (water bottles, towels, etc).
