"Loved the location, staff were very friendly. Room decor was a bit "tired", but clean and comfortable. Booked through 3rd party and did not get room promised. Luckily I had printed receipt when asked to pay a higher amount. I paid extra to have balcony and tub, our room had neither. Although my spouse's arthritis would have appreciated the tub, our windows had much better view than "city view" balcony rooms. We were also at end of outdoor corridor, the quietest area available.
