"Great location, lovely clean hotel, comfy beds great gym. Manager (with broken leg) was so helpful - are the breakfast staff were the best team ever - so amazing helpful and so cheerful - never had service like that for a long time - and a big shout out to the very lovely omelet lady. We had a wonderful stay "

"The place was beautiful the grounds were stunning especially at night time when it was lit up food was spot on there was plenty of places to relax even a snooker table the room was perfect only issue i had was i think the bathroom needed a bit more light apart from that i would 100000% go again "

"Stayed here for a gig at the arena. Great location. Comfortable bed, dated room in some aspects e.g. bathroom but powerful shower and very clean. Able to check in early which was handed. Made use of gym facilities. "

"For what we paid for, I would say it is a reasonable price. Beds were clean, although there was a bit of noise on the floor we were on in the early hours of the morning. "

"We were on the 3rd floor at the back of the hotel. Super quiet which was great and very convenient for the NEC or BPlive arena."
