"We had a great stay at the Ibis Styles for a dance competition weekend. The manager Duncan at the hotel is a top guy and we were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely return."

"Check in was quick and simple. Very helpful lady called michelle. Very polite and curtious. We arrived early at the hotel and was able to have an earlier check in. That was a bonus. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and tidy. Will definitely be visiting and staying again."

The furniture dated needs updating. Also pillows very hard! I had room 515, and had the report broken toilet handle it wouldn’t flush. They did send someone. "

"We were there visiting the cruft show and celebrate our anniversary, the hotel upgraded us. They even gave us champagne and chocolate which was so thoughtful. The receptionist was polite and efficient, hate in a super location and the parking was convenient, everything so central. The only complaint was the bed was so soft and pillow no support. "
