"Room was not good, we had no ac the whole time, called maintenance multiple times and they tried telling us it works fine. I own my own hvac company and they were lying to me. When calling for 21° and it doesn’t go down below 24.5° it does not work. He said turn fan on and that would help. Multiple calls made for this and no one cared or fixed it or changed rooms for us. Very disappointing, every night we could not sleep, the room are also very small and cramped for family of 4 "

"We have stayed at La Estancia four times and we absolutely love it. It is clean, very well appointed. The food is amazing. The views from La Patron for breakfast are unmatched. We were so impressed that they built a new roof over the patio at La Patron. The Italian restaurant for dinner watching the sunset is amazing. We walked several times into Bucerias which was a nice perk. We will be coming back. "

"I like that it’s private & has big golf fields. But they need to update all rooms. The nice rooms they don’t give to Expedia guest I don’t know why they post it. Beds are hard & mattress stains, ugly colors in room , water shower comes out very slow, everything is old but clean. Good people working there. Entrance to place is dirt needs also to be update."

"Convenient to adventure the whole region. Bus is 10 pesos right out front. 1 1/2 blocks to the water taxi is 30 pesos Uber to the airport is about 240 pesos. Nice water machine, but 2 empty 5 gallon bottles. No drinking water. I arrived about 7 pm and texted for instructions to water delivery company. The next night at 9:44, got a text the maintenance employee would deliver however many bottles I want to buy. I was in my nightgown, so asked for 8am delivery. At 9:05 texted owner, and 9:15 the...

"This is a lovely property with an opening glass wall on the entire marina side of the building. Host was helpful and gracious. Beach really was a short walk on pedestrian boardwalk. Beautiful wide beach is uncrowded and provides 3mi walk out and back. Several restaurants along marina boardwalk and a convenient water taxi to access other parts of marina. Overall a relaxing place to stay and enjoy."
