"Friendly staff who have been very welcoming and thoughtful during our stay here. We appreciate the services that everyone provided. I had the best time at the spa during my massage and hydrotherapy session. That was a five star experience. Regarding drinks and food selection, I thought it was average as with most all inclusive resort, so that’s why I didn’t give it a five star across the board. But overall, my family and I have enjoyed our time here very much."

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."

"I like that it’s private & has big golf fields. But they need to update all rooms. The nice rooms they don’t give to Expedia guest I don’t know why they post it. Beds are hard & mattress stains, ugly colors in room , water shower comes out very slow, everything is old but clean. Good people working there. Entrance to place is dirt needs also to be update."
