"We travel a lot and was apprehensive about this place because of some reviews but we were travelling with a larger group and decided to come and we were pleasantly surprised! We were a family of 4 with a 5 and 6 year old. Staff was very friendly, Regelio our waiter at the pool was amazing and very attentive! "I like that it’s private & has big golf fields. But they need to update all rooms. The nice rooms they don’t give to Expedia guest I don’t know why they post it. Beds are hard & mattress stains, ugly colors in room , water shower comes out very slow, everything is old but clean. Good people working there. Entrance to place is dirt needs also to be update."

"Ricardo and Adrianna from the kids club were awesome with my Grandkids I would return just because of them .The food in Casa Bella I would give a 5 out of 10 not alot of flavor and the meat was all over cooked .The rooms were clean but the beds could use an upgrading."

"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation....
