While the buffet held many many options and homemade delicious food, the promise of obtaining reservations at one of three restaurants for 1/2 the amount of days you stayed there was non existent. We stayed for 5 nights and only obtained one...

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."

"The entertainment during the day and night were wonderful for us and the kids. The main buffet restaurant was fabulous: great options every day and cooked to perfection with no need to add salt - great surprise for an all inclusive! The property needs some maintenance (courtaons, drawer handles and showers are showing wear and tear with need of replacement). Overall it was a good experience....Thank you Vincent and Eva for adding great exercise options to our stay - I loved zumba and aquafit."
