The lounge bar area varies depending on the number of delegates at the conference centre- there is rarely much of an atmosphere though."

Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early doors. Noise from Rock City was not unreasonable - couldn,t find the suggested earplugs though - and I never go away to do the ironing - but a welcome addition."
