"It was nice stay very clean and comfortable but u can here lots of noise from nextdoor and outside that’s mean room are not sound proof also in the toilet clothes rack was already broke it should be fixed because everytime u put your clothes it fall of apart from that it was nice experience i’ll give 7 out of 10. "Great hotel in a convenient location within Nottingham, not far from City Centre. Close to the M1, was really easy to find. Free parking was a massive plus, with loads of bays both at the front and back of the hotel. Check in was very straightforward and was also offered an Digital Keycard to access my room from the Hilton App. The room was very clean and tidy with sufficient amenities. Only criticism here is, it would have been nice to have some free bottled water in the room on arrival. Housekeeping was really on top of it and kept our room pristine during our stay, replacing bedding and towels etc. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Really great service, quick and easy check in. Upon booking I added a note to say it was my partners birthday and we got into the room to see balloons, birthday messages written on the mirror and some drinks waiting for us, really great touch! Spacious and comfortable. Carpet probably could do with a deep clean or replacing but didn't bother us, other than that it was super clean and comfortable beds and pillows. "

It really felt like we were welcome guests, so credit to the management and all the team as that is not easy in a large hotel."
