"Great hotel and very comfortable. My only negative was that my shower was broken. They have modernised various elements of the hotel such as no phone in the room and if you need to contact reception to go on a web chat style system. This didn't work for me as when I originally went on to report the shower fault there was no option for this on the drop down automated box. After ten mins of trying I gave up and had to have a shower with it faulty. I mentioned it in the morning upon check out but...

"Bestwood Lodge is a very old building in need of investment but for me that’s part of its charm. On the run up to my function I felt there was a bit of casualness around arraignments however on the night everything was spot on the staff were brilliant from the manager down the buffet food was spot on the venue DJ (Kes) was absolutely brilliant my accomadation was spot on. All in all my experience was very good and I would definitely use Bestwood Lodge again. "
