"When we arrived we were told we'd been upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise (The Sefton, room 5). What a gorgeous room! Charming character with views to the cathedral. Room was large with plenty of storage. Downsides were spiral staircase and room was very warm, so wouldn't recommend for a summer stay! We had to have the windows open, which then meant you got all the traffic noise and people leaving clubs and pubs. There is no aircon. The bed was super comfortable. The staff...
