"Our room was clean and tidy on arrival, few paint chips noticed around the room, especially in bathroom and on bathroom door, these are easily fixed and should be done prior to any guests arrival. More pillows should be available if needed, as my partner felt two were not sufficient to accommodate her sleep. TV in room had infrequent digital reception and the remote control does not allow full access to all of the TV, the TV itself is also very dated and does not have internet access...

"Very nice stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms could do with a refresh and a thorough clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Pool and spa was a perfect way to end the stay. "

"We arrived at about 10am and check in is 3pm. They put our bags in storage and we went to get something to eat. About 1:30 we returned to check on the room. It was ready and they had already moved our bags to the room. The room was well serviced each day."
