"When we arrived we were told we'd been upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise (The Sefton, room 5). What a gorgeous room! Charming character with views to the cathedral. Room was large with plenty of storage. Downsides were spiral staircase and room was very warm, so wouldn't recommend for a summer stay! "From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station!
