"The service is amazing I was an addict and the lady at the front desk was nice nonjudgmental she saved my life with the love she showed the understanding she had I can now say I’m no longer an addict I firmly believe God sat me in this motel to meet this lady the service was great the room was always very clean and goes above and beyond to help THANK YOU "

"It was clean but the lobby smelled. The sink and the tub had no stopper and I was afraid I was gonna lose my rings in it. The television reception was bad. The staff was very friendly however the morning receptionist had a bonnet on at work greeting guests. I thought that was inappropriate. "

Great price, great place, great stay!

"I had to book this hotel on a whim because the place opposite gave my room away because my train from Albuquerque broke down. Although it didn't have a full kitchen (something I look for, but it was 2:30am) there is a store right behind it with plenty of fresh and frozen food to prepare. The beds are super comfy. The A/C is a little old and musty smelling when on cool, but that was fine because I always travel with scented candles. I am on an every-state-in-America trip for the next 4 years, but also have to work every day, so peace and quiet is very important. This hotel is great for that. It's busy in the evenings but never noisy. I say it IS great for that because I extended my stay for an extra 2 weeks. Lots to do in Shreveport, and a perfectly good place to come back to. Last but most certainly not least...the staff here are awesome. Very friendly and professional. Handled any issues promptly to 100% satisfaction. If I come back to Shreveport, I'll stay here. "
