"Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was available every morning. Hotel was clean. Staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I stayed four nights. The hotel its self could use some TLC and security gates around the outside of the facility. Only downside I could really complain about is upon check-in is when I was informed the indoor swimming pool was being renovated and i was not informed prior to booking my stay. "

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the gravy little too salty. The TV was good. The bed was not very comfortable. The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work; no towel rack. The seating in the room was good and comfortable. The water in Shreveport taste like sand, so every drink using city water tastes bad. "

"The hotel is in historic downtown Shreveport. Its walking distance to a couple bars and restaurants. Valet parking is available, and street parking is free on the weekends. The rooms were nice and roomy and clean. I like that they have a small "store" in the hotel lobby to purchase drinks and snacks and items you may have forgotten. The check-in staff were kind and helpful. We also got a massage in the spa, and it was wonderful! "

"Staff at the front desk are very courteous and professional! They made the stay. The renovations were not an issue. The room divider/glass were dirty and had something splattered on them. Other than that it was great!"
