"We arrived at the hotel around 20:45 , one of the conditions was to inform the hotel if you were arriving after 8pm prior to arrival which we did weeks before. The gates were shut and the taxi man called the number on the gate - no answer . Two neighbours heard us knocking and shouting to try to attract the attention of the hotelier and they managed to gain access in to the grounds.
