There's no water for guests to drink at this resort, and no enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Dinner was cold every night. At check-in the receptionist was a little impolite.

The ocean in front of the hotel was as beautiful as any Caribbean sea. After seeing Praia Antunes in front of the hotel, I understood why they call Maragogi the Caribbean of Brazil. Our specially ordered dinner on the sand was so romantic and memorable. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was better than most good restaurants. Agnaldo, the waiter who served us, was so nice that he even organized special music for us and made us feel like VIPs. I am so grateful. We had a sea view room, but it was a bit far from the ocean, so I wouldn't choose that room if I came back here. Special thanks also to Tamires at Reception. She was so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.

Excelente la experiencia de estar 5 días en este hotel. Todo fue un 10 absoluto. La calidad de la gente que atiende la comida que era muy buena, los responsables de la comida atentos a ayudar a mi esposa que no puede comer con gluten. La playa increíble! Hay bicicletas de agua de cortesía que son geniales.... Ya queremos volver

I like a lot the staff. It is breakfast and dinner inclusive. Breakfast was excellent and different selection s. Dinner every time was a different cuisine like Portuguese, Brazilian and Arabic. Breakfast was better than dinner. Also the bathroom didn’t have handles bar on the bathroom for handingcap. But I had a great experience.

O hotel é incrível, atendimento nota 1000 desde o horário do in até o out. O quarto é amplo, limpíssimo e com cheirinho. A estrutura de lazer excelente. O buffet do jantar e do café da manhã muito diversificado e equipe sempre aposta para atender e fazer as devidas reposições.

O hotel é bom porém poderiam aquecer a piscina e melhorar áreas internas como a sala de games, por exemplo, pois no período que fiquei hospedada choveu e não tinha nada para fazer. Os quartos são bons, TV grande, o café da manhã é ok. Entendo não ser all inclusive já que cobram uma tarifa mais em conta, mas poderia ser melhor, incluir o almoço por ex.

Quarto bem confortável, toalhas grandes e boas, cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Boa estrutura do resort. Só tivemos uma experiência ruim no almoço logo após o check in, por vários motivos: 1) ao chegar no restaurante não fomos recepcionados por nenhum funcionário, apesar de ter vários no local conversando entre si; 2) o restaurante estava vazio mas a maioria estavam sujas; 3) tivemos que chamar uma funcionária para tirar duvidas e ela não soube responder praticamente nada, não soube nem descrever qual era a promoção do dia; 4) quando chegou nosso prato, a batata frita estava fria e não veio a porção de feijão que havíamos pedido. Ficamos um tempão tentando chamar um funcionário e ninguém vinha nos atender. Quando finalmente conseguimos a atenção de um funcionário, solicitamos que viesse uma porção de batata frita quente e questionamos sobre o feijão. Ele disse que iria verificar e nunca mais voltou. Terminamos de comer o prato (exceto a batata fria) e chamamos outro funcionário que sugeriu aquecer a batata. Falamos que gostaríamos de uma nova fresca e quente, na sequencia ele trouxe uma porção de batata e a porção de feijão (tivemos que comer feijão com batata pois ja havíamos comido o prato; 5) por fim, presenciamos um funcionário sendo impaciente e grosseiro com outro hospede.
