The property in rin down. The pool is dirty and there is a glass thar prevents you to see the ocean from it. The breakfast has poor quality food. The rooms are old. They do not ever have enough pool or beach towel for guests. The internet is extremely slow! We will not come back!

O hotel é bem localizado, estrutura externa grande, maioria dos quartos reformados. O café da manhã é bom. Pontos de melhoras, são muitos, falta muita empatia e cortesia por parte dos funcionários, conta se nos dedos os simpáticos, acredito que estão insatisfeitos com algo ou lhes faltam treinamento para um atendimento acolhedor. O quarto era reformado, mas paguei a tarifa mais Alta, de acordo com as fotos teria varanda no quarto e nada disso. Enfim, não sei se volto.

A região onde o Hotel está localizado é ótima, já havia me hospedado no Hotel quando era Slaviero, entretanto a limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, principalmente o banheiro que apenas recolhem o lixo e trocam as toalhas, não lavam e isso é grave. Espero que revejam a higiene, o hotel é antigo e precisa de reparos nos quartos, paredes mofadas e necessitando de uma pintura nova.

Pontos positivos: Hotel de bom custo/benefício, bom café da manhã e limpeza, ótima localização. Pontos negativos: fui instalado num quarto muito ruim (25), com uma pequena cama de solteiro, numa área mais externa do hotel, ao lado das obras de construção do prédio ao lado. Para escapar do barulho e da poeira da obra, era obrigado a deixar a janela fechada e o ar condicionado ligado, fato que gerou problemas respiratórios. Espero que o hotel não ofereça aquele quarto a hóspedes até o fim da construção ao lado.

O quarto alugado pelo aplicativo não era o mesmo que foi fornecido. O quarto em questão tinha a porta em má conservação, a torneira do banheiro e o chuveiro ficavam pingando sem parar, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava bem e o pior de tudo, estava tendo obras ao redor, então o barulho e a poeira pioraram a experiência.
