The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay!

We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach. The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

Beautiful resort
The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

I absolutely recommend it.
The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.

Pedi um up grande gartuito ou uma melhora no apartamento disponibilizado (apto 339), pois nos colocaram no último andar, na ponta, e estavámos com criança pequena, o que dificulta a estadia, pois toda hora tínhamos que subir para pegar algo, mas nos negaram, sendo que tinham muitos quartos disponíveis (fiz simulação no site). Chuveiro no teto, horrível para ligar, não tem regulagem boa da água. Brinquedoteca fecha 18h até umas 20h, o que não faze sentido, pois os pais podem ficar com os filhos ali brincando nesse período, mesmo que não tenha monitor. Som do salão pernambucano onde ocorrem os shows é exageradamente alto, então se tem criança pequena, já não consegue curtir o som. No entanto, os monitores são ótimos, super carinhosos e divertidos. A estrutura é boa. Mas pelo custo benefício, achei muito muito caro e não compensa pelo que oferece.
