O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso. A estrutura do resort é boa. Não gostei da comida (buffet), achei sem tempero, não estava saborosa para um resort 5 estrelas e pelo preço cobrado (sem bebida). Entretanto, há outras opções de alimentação no resort (pizzaria, hamburgueria, pastelaria…)…só que uma boa comida faz falta.. Senti falta também de uma copa baby. O que precisa mais urgente é aquecimento das piscinas, em especial a infantil /pequeno parque aquático, pois a piscina é congelante o dia todo. Os mascotes do hotel também não estão disponíveis a pelúcia para venda, o que deve ser ajustado para atender a criançada que fica encantada com eles.

Incrível localização, péssima alimentação
Localização muito boa em praia bem reservada com bom atendimento dos funcionários. No entanto a refeição é simplesmente horrível… mesmo relato de outros hóspedes! Bons restaurantes no centro da cidade, mas aprox 30 min de carro. Precisei ir todos os dias porque era muito dificil comer no hotel (com exceção da pizzaria, que é boa). Carta de vinho também muito fraca. De maneira geral recomendo e voltaria no hotel com a familia, porem com um carro e saindo todos os dias para comer.

É um hotel confortável, mas não caracterizaria como resort em comparação com outros que já visitei. Bom café da manhã. Quartos excelentes. Bem distante da orla de Maceió. Um detalhe interessante é que o brinquedo grande que aparece dentro de uma piscina, inclusive no site do hotel, é de um outro hotel da mesma rede ao qual não temos acesso… O brinquedo da piscina do Ipioca é bem miudinho e pra crianças bem pequenas. O custo benefício é bom no final das contas

Recreacao fraca … todos os dias praticamente as mesmas brincadeiras . Não tem serviço de lavanderia ( como se tem na maioria dos hotéis principalmente resort) fiquei 10 dias aguardando indicação do hotel de uma e não me retornaram .os funcionários são extremamente educados em geral !

Precisa adequar restaurante ao número de quartos
A experiência poderia ter sido perfeita, mas infelizmente não foi. A estrutura e espaço de café da manhã do hotel não comporta a quantidade de quartos, então foi realmente desagradável ter que se submeter a isso. O Hotel precisa se adequar e ampliar sua área de restaurante para poder atender seus hóspedes. Todavia, faço questão de registrar a educação e cordialidade de todos os funcionários dos hotel. Mesmo eles sendo expostos por um erro que não é culpa deles, foram sempre cordiais e prestativos.

Pra mim é um dos meus lugares favoritos em Maceió, sem sombra de dúvidas. Recém construído, tem tudo nesse Resort, você não precisa buscar praticamente nenhum entretenimento fora dele, pois são tantas opções lá dentro que se voce fica uma semana não dá tempo de aproveitar tudo!
