"The shower in 802 did not have warm water. Sink water was very hot. Maybe the handle was broken? I told the desk about it on my out. Wasn't thier fault but apologized."

"Overall a good stay. Clean, good shape, service was good but understaffed. Breakfast on Sunday before the Chiefs/Browns game was packed. Waited a long time to pay $22 for a buffet with no eggs. That was a blemish on an otherwise good stay. Liked the location."

"Our stay was only one night staff was great and professional however When we valet our car we found it difficult to get our to leave in the morning ! We should have self parked because the valet blocked our truck in so we had to wait almost an hour for them to get our truck. . "

"Very clean and friendly service. We had a late arrival into town. Shuttle was no longer available, and the receptionist suggested using airporrt taxi. We arrived quickly, and got a good night sleep. Shower was hot. Breafast was satisfying 😀"
