"We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub on the deck was the perfect thing to help us relax and enjoy my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was gorgeous. The hot tub was in good working order. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to do a little repair work on the deck and on the screens. We will definitely be back just for that room and for that deck. The hotel is also in very close walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Great weekend in Wooster!"

"Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109....

"My first room had not been made up (not the fault of the hotel clerk) so I was upgraded to a suite. The property is either newly built or recently renovated, and it's quite nice. The $15 breakfast was excellent! It's in a nice commercial area and not too far from downtown. I'd stay there again if I needed to be in the area."
